Deal registration

Register a prospective Cavaridge™ deal. Cavaridge validates non-conflict against existing registered deals. Approved deals are locked to your partnership for 90 days from registered_at.

How it works
  1. Submit — end-customer org name, contact, expected ARR, attached qualification evidence.
  2. Cavaridge non-conflict review — overlap with existing partnerships is checked. Typical SLA: 1 business day.
  3. Registered — 90-day window begins. Documented progress events (quote, demo, signed NDA) extend the window.
  4. Closed-won → commission accrued — written to your partners.commissions ledger; payout via Stripe Connect.

Partner portal access requires a signed-in partner-org user. Contact your partnership manager if you don't yet have a partner org set up.

Cavaridge catalog support. Deal registration accepts Cavaridge™ products as quotable line items alongside your third-party catalog. The deal-reg engine (Cavaridge Operations) treats Cavaridge SKUs the same way it treats any other vendor's — same registration cycle, same non-conflict rule, same commission accrual.
